As a certified professional VITA™ Sex, Love and Relationships Coach trained in somatic embodiment practices, plus my deep, initiatory training as a Scent Priestess, I support women through passages of rebirth and transformation.
I'm devoted to women reclaiming our Sacred Feminine power, deepest truth and erotic aliveness.
Through my work with hundreds of women, I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when we stop searching for our wisdom outside ourselves and come home to the power of our own truth.

This program is for you if you've been longing to feel at home, like you belong.
You've done the therapy, worked with different healing modalities and now you're ready to come home to your body, and the feminine power that lives WITHIN YOU - so that you can feel at home, regardless of where you are or what you're navigating.
This program is NOT suitable for anyone with heavy, unprocessed trauma, and those who have never done any kind of embodiment practices before - or if you know that trying to feel into your body is re-traumatising for you.
While Ellie is a professionally trained coach and uses trauma - informed practices, this is NOT a space for therapy or processing trauma. You will need to be able to hold yourself and support yourself through your experience.
No, this program is focused on embodiment.
All sessions are live and will also be available to watch them later as recordings. Your 1:1 session with Ellie is live and recorded for you to download and revisit later.
Access to the recordings is guaranteed for one year.
In our 4 Group Embodiment sessions, Ellie will guide you through practices to help you reconnect with your body. These may include breath work, guided deepening meditations, self-massage/touch, and anointing practices (placing holy oils / diluted essential oils on your skin). Participants turn their cameras off while doing practices - and you are invited to trust your comfort level and engage in each practice to the extent that you feel resourced to. The Embodiment Coaching calls are great for those who may have felt resistance to doing embodiment practices in the past and offer a supportive space to share afterwards.
